MULTAN: Former cricket captain Inzamam ul Haq said on Saturday that new players should be introduced in the team to go along with the new captain. He said that the new captain cannot get good results with the old players, reported Dunya News.

Talking to media on the launch of Inzamam ul Haq Academy in Multan, the former test captain said Pakistan’s defeat to Bangladesh should not be termed as an upset because the quality of cricket had dropped significantly.

He urged board officials to revamp the domestic system adding that the current system is very weak. Inzamam ul Haq praised Muhammad Rizwan, saying that the player had performed well during the match.
