India Army Chief

Cold Start Doctrine is an ‘Exclusively Offensive, Blitzkrieg inspired’ military strategy, recently developed by the Indian Military Command (IMC), specifically for Pakistan to replace the outdated ‘Sundarji Doctrine’ which miserably failed during 2001-2002 standoff with Pakistan.

According to Cold Start Doctrine, India plans to invade and defeat Pakistan just under 72 hours by utilizing quickly Mobilized Armored Units (MAUs) and airpower to formulate the Integrated Battle Groups (IBGs), which India believes would be enough to tear Pakistan into two, without starting a nuclear war.
